The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.86 per cent at Rs 162.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.10 per cent to Rs 131.96 crore from Rs 120.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.32 per cent at Rs 5.13 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.75 per cent to Rs 30.90 crore as against Rs 31.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 3.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.82 per cent at Rs 8.70 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.38 crore).
