The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 224.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 323.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.79 per cent at Rs 16,745.99 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13,750.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.91 per cent to Rs 16,414.91 crore from Rs 13,141.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 240.93 per cent at Rs 204.83 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 60.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.60 per cent to Rs 331.08 crore as against Rs 608.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 55.30 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 144.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.66 per cent at Rs 76.77 crore (Jun'24 Rs 110.71 crore).
