VRL Logistics Ltd. on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 100 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 30 July 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 30 July 2025.

The last five dividends are 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 29 November 2024), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 31 July 2023), 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 February 2022), 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 July 2021) and 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 February 2020).
