The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.71 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 139.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.45 per cent at Rs 106.95 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.73 per cent to Rs 81.83 crore from Rs 70.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 91.52 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 123.09 per cent to Rs 25.12 crore as against Rs 11.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 69.73 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 698.25 per cent at Rs 4.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.57 crore).
