ICICI Securities Q4 net profit down 28.86% at Rs 380.86 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 380.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 535.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.41 per cent at Rs 1,397.69 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,542.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.33 per cent to Rs 412.78 crore from Rs 465.51 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 8.58 per cent to Rs 984.91 crore as against Rs 1,077.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.92 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 32.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 432.61 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.68 per cent at Rs 128.88 crore (Mar'24 Rs 183.28 crore).
