The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,135.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 942.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.24 per cent at Rs 7,244.92 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,784.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.91 per cent to Rs 2,268.10 crore from Rs 1,706.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 93.99 per cent at Rs 85.86 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 44.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.03 per cent to Rs 4,976.82 crore as against Rs 4,078.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 23.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3,466.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.68 per cent at Rs 393.73 crore (Jun'24 Rs 326.26 crore).
