Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and read with Para A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, We hereby inform you that Ms. Bhavika Mehta has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from closure of business hours of July 31, 2025. The Company has accepted her Resignation and she will be relieved from her responsibility from the closure of Business hours of July 31, 2025. In accordance with sub-para (7C) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the letter of resignation tendered by Ms. Bhavika Mehta. The resignation also contains the detailed reasons for the resignation as required by aforementioned sub-para (7C).
