The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 184.97 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.63 per cent at Rs 106.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.74 per cent to Rs 74.53 crore from Rs 66.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1058.73 per cent at Rs 21.90 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.89 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.33 per cent to Rs 31.86 crore as against Rs 26.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 53.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.26 per cent at Rs 13.13 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.08 crore).
