Electrosteel Castings Ltd. on Monday, 12 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 140 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 15 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 14 August 2025.

The last five dividends are 90% Final dividend (Ex Date : 16 August 2024), 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 February 2024), 90% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 September 2023), 80% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2022) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 26 August 2021).
