The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 27.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.84 per cent at Rs 458.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 492.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.78 per cent to Rs 407.57 crore from Rs 446.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.92 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.06 per cent to Rs 51.31 crore as against Rs 45.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.22 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 19.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.60 per cent at Rs 6.80 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.44 crore).
