The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.09 per cent at Rs 63.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.01 per cent to Rs 5.97 crore from Rs 5.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5175.00 per cent at Rs 2.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.00 per cent to Rs 57.74 crore as against Rs 56.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 9.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.92 per cent at Rs 7.60 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.50 crore).
