The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.58 per cent at Rs 486.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 521.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.61 per cent to Rs 469.93 crore from Rs 492.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.94 per cent at Rs 5.75 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.84 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 40.70 per cent to Rs 16.87 crore as against Rs 28.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.45 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 4.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.28 per cent at Rs 2.86 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.20 crore).
