Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ( NRC ), the Board of Directors of the Company ( Board ) at its meeting held today on August 4, 2025 has approved the appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana (DIN: 08652827) as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years from 13th September, 2025 to 12th September, 2028. The appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana as the Managing Director & CEO will be subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, Mr. Hemant Khurana will join the Company as President in Senior Management Position w.e.f. 6th September, 2025 to ensure a smooth transition with Mr. Rajesh Joshi, current MD & CEO. The said appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana as President has been approved by the Board at its meeting held today, pursuant to the recommendation of the NRC.
