The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.77 per cent at Rs 112.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.59 per cent to Rs 102.46 crore from Rs 110.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.01 per cent to Rs 10.44 crore as against Rs 12.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.97 per cent at Rs 1.84 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.42 crore).
