The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 363.94 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 446.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.90 per cent at Rs 3,300.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,336.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.59 per cent to Rs 2,767.21 crore from Rs 3,574.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 67.01 per cent at Rs 26.45 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 80.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.04 per cent to Rs 533.16 crore as against Rs 762.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.08 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 7.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 131.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 136.72 per cent at Rs -56.96 crore (Jun'24 Rs 155.13 crore).
