The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.29 per cent at Rs 181.25 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 239.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.32 per cent to Rs 152.94 crore from Rs 199.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.81 per cent at Rs 8.72 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.40 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.15 per cent to Rs 28.32 crore as against Rs 39.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.47 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 69.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.33 per cent at Rs 6.81 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.37 crore).
