The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 130.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.36 per cent at Rs 95.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.91 per cent to Rs 86.69 crore from Rs 66.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 591.30 per cent at Rs 1.59 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.46 per cent to Rs 8.77 crore as against Rs 8.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.12 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 76.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 251.81 per cent at Rs -2.52 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.66 crore).
