The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.18 per cent at Rs 1,047.68 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 721.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.27 per cent to Rs 1,015.27 crore from Rs 689.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.25 per cent at Rs 1.54 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.50 per cent to Rs 32.41 crore as against Rs 32.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.87 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 21.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.99 per cent at Rs 3.62 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.81 crore).
