The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 86.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 212.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.47 per cent at Rs 1,402.11 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,832.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.22 per cent to Rs 1,239.77 crore from Rs 1,497.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 23.32 per cent at Rs 23.80 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 19.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 51.44 per cent to Rs 162.34 crore as against Rs 334.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.55 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.20 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.59 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.54 per cent at Rs 30.93 crore (Jun'24 Rs 74.61 crore).
