Based on the recommendations of NRC and subject to the approval of Members of the Company, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 6th August 2025 has approved re-appointment of Mr. Shahin N Khemani as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years w.e.f 1st Sptemebr 2025
