The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.06 per cent at Rs 10.72 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 46.48 per cent to Rs 7.15 crore from Rs 13.36 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 15.60 per cent to Rs 3.57 crore as against Rs 4.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 38.53 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 30.30 per cent at Rs 0.92 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.32 crore).
