Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Wipro Digital Inc. has been incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wipro Limited (the Company ) with effect from August 4, 2025. The Company received intimation to this effect on August 6, 2025.
