The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.84 per cent at Rs 34.11 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.98 per cent to Rs 32.30 crore from Rs 23.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 209.09 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.47 per cent to Rs 1.81 crore as against Rs 1.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 62.50 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
