The Board of Directors in their meeting held today at the registered office of the company which commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aman Baid as WTD of the company for a further period of 3 years w.e.f June 01, 2026 to May 31, 2029 subject to approval of members in the ensuing AGM.
