The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 151.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 96.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 44.27 per cent at Rs 882.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 611.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.50 per cent to Rs 687.58 crore from Rs 479.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 13.33 per cent at Rs 23.14 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 26.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 47.07 per cent to Rs 194.58 crore as against Rs 132.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.94 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 4.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.31 per cent at Rs 46.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 33.46 crore).
