The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1.24 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.63 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.25 per cent at Rs 26.19 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.84 per cent to Rs 26.71 crore from Rs 35.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.88 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.64 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 126.67 per cent to Rs -0.52 crore as against Rs 1.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 137.38 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 208.89 per cent at Rs -0.49 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
