The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 165.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.27 per cent at Rs 836.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 732.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.91 per cent to Rs 769.20 crore from Rs 657.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 77.05 per cent at Rs 35.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 152.77 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.15 per cent to Rs 67.41 crore as against Rs 74.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.43 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 87.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 55.63 per cent at Rs 24.37 crore (Jun'24 Rs 54.93 crore).
