The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 88.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.80 per cent at Rs 29.12 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.73 per cent to Rs 28.63 crore from Rs 27.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 63.16 per cent at Rs 1.86 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 93.51 per cent to Rs 0.48 crore as against Rs 7.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 92.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 38.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.72 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.57 crore).
