The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 107.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 105.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.76 per cent at Rs 431.31 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 407.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.77 per cent to Rs 42.60 crore from Rs 42.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.36 per cent at Rs 5.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.68 per cent to Rs 392.91 crore as against Rs 364.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 4.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 244.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.17 per cent at Rs 38.38 crore (Jun'24 Rs 31.16 crore).
