The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.76 per cent at Rs 16.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.63 per cent to Rs 14.93 crore from Rs 19.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 19.07 per cent at Rs 2.56 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 39.06 per cent to Rs 1.95 crore as against Rs 3.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.71 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 106.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.78 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.29 crore).
