The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.94 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.15 per cent at Rs 70.79 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 122.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 42.61 per cent to Rs 68.72 crore from Rs 119.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.99 per cent to Rs 2.07 crore as against Rs 2.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 14.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.68 crore).
