The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 46.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.63 per cent at Rs 411.72 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 553.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.21 per cent to Rs 398.89 crore from Rs 493.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 29.76 per cent at Rs 8.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.35 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 78.57 per cent to Rs 12.83 crore as against Rs 59.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 71.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 27.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.44 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.27 per cent at Rs -0.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.22 crore).
