The Board of Directors of the Company has approved revision in tenure of M/s. Alwyn Jay & Co., Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years i.e. from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
