The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.80 per cent at Rs 139.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.10 per cent to Rs 123.19 crore from Rs 129.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 553.13 per cent at Rs 2.09 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.47 per cent to Rs 16.17 crore as against Rs 16.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.38 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 44.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.04 per cent at Rs 3.17 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.41 crore).
