The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.32 per cent at Rs 270.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 251.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.22 per cent to Rs 233.09 crore from Rs 223.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 34.81 per cent at Rs 1.82 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.96 per cent to Rs 37.12 crore as against Rs 28.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.01 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.68 per cent at Rs 8.12 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.12 crore).
