The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.42 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.33 per cent at Rs 62.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.47 per cent to Rs 59.42 crore from Rs 59.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 866.67 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs -0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.93 per cent to Rs 2.68 crore as against Rs 3.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.18 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 16.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.72 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.29 crore).
