The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.99 per cent at Rs 337.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 304.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.38 per cent to Rs 293.67 crore from Rs 263.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 69.01 per cent at Rs 5.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.42 per cent to Rs 43.93 crore as against Rs 40.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 28.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.03 per cent at Rs 7.72 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.35 crore).
