Goodyear India Q1 net profit down 43.63% at Rs 14.11 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.09 per cent at Rs 656.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 691.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.95 per cent to Rs 627.99 crore from Rs 647.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 18.83 per cent at Rs 4.67 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.93 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.32 per cent to Rs 28.23 crore as against Rs 44.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 32.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.40 per cent at Rs 4.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.42 crore).
