The Company is required to submit the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025 on or before 14.08.2025, However, CFO of the Company has resigned w.e.f.08.07.2025 and Company is in the process of shortlisting & finalizing the CFO and hence not yet been able to finalize financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025. The Company shall make sincere efforts to complete the finalization of the said results as soon as possible for its submission to the BSE.
