The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 33.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.27 per cent at Rs 232.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 205.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.81 per cent to Rs 175.04 crore from Rs 153.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 188.32 per cent at Rs 10.12 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.66 per cent to Rs 57.37 crore as against Rs 51.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.44 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 32.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.66 per cent at Rs 13.94 crore (Jun'24 Rs 13.07 crore).
