With regard to captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Board meeting of the Company was held today on 11th August, 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company wherein following business were transacted: \r\n1. Approval of unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company and Statement of Deviation/ Variation Report (Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.\r\n2. The Board approved that the tenure of M/s. Prakash Tekwani & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, will conclude upon the completion of their five-year term at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, Accordingly, M/s. Prakash Tekwani & Associates shall cease to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the said Annual General Meeting.\r\n\r\n
