The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 880.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.52 per cent at Rs 17.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.09 per cent to Rs 15.25 crore from Rs 22.13 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 337.29 per cent to Rs 2.58 crore as against Rs 0.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 459.07 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 78.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 125.00 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
