The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 484.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 562.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.82 per cent at Rs 7,560.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7,077.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.86 per cent to Rs 6,525.93 crore from Rs 5,940.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.67 per cent at Rs 125.49 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 82.74 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.09 per cent to Rs 1,034.35 crore as against Rs 1,137.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.93 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 8.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 82.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.59 per cent at Rs 166.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 188.33 crore).
