The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.37 per cent at Rs 77.50 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.68 per cent to Rs 80.67 crore from Rs 107.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.38 per cent at Rs 6.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.46 per cent to Rs -3.17 crore as against Rs -3.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.35 per cent in June quarter.
