The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.57 per cent at Rs 307.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 364.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.57 per cent to Rs 273.70 crore from Rs 306.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 707.48 per cent at Rs 11.87 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.47 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 41.94 per cent to Rs 33.73 crore as against Rs 58.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.22 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.64 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore (Jun'24 Rs 11.11 crore).
