The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.16 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 364.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 104.24 per cent at Rs 22.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 103.87 per cent to Rs 22.12 crore from Rs 10.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3150.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 121.74 per cent to Rs 0.51 crore as against Rs 0.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.10 per cent in June quarter.
