The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 56.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 49.05 per cent at Rs 32.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 40.75 per cent to Rs 21.01 crore from Rs 35.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 148.53 per cent at Rs 1.69 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.68 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.20 per cent to Rs 11.84 crore as against Rs 29.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.93 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.21 per cent at Rs 3.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 7.37 crore).
