The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 36.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.73 per cent at Rs 211.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 203.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.80 per cent to Rs 160.00 crore from Rs 154.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.90 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.55 per cent to Rs 51.33 crore as against Rs 49.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 60.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.61 per cent at Rs 12.72 crore (Jun'24 Rs 12.16 crore).
