B&A posts Q1 net loss of Rs 3.95 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.95 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 8.58 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.93 per cent at Rs 21.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.31 per cent to Rs 23.45 crore from Rs 22.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.14 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 61.33 per cent to Rs -2.44 crore as against Rs -6.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 70.27 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.36 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
