Kothari Petroche Q1 net profit down 9.19% at Rs 17.58 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.91 per cent at Rs 160.67 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 144.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.04 per cent to Rs 137.78 crore from Rs 126.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.37 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.73 per cent to Rs 22.89 crore as against Rs 18.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.59 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 37.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 746.77 per cent at Rs 5.25 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.62 crore).
